Witness my decent into Harry Potter geekness with the Ultimate Edition Blu-ray of the Sorcerer’s Stone. It contains an extended version of the film, a great documentary, and all the bonus features you probably already own.

I’d never seen Yogi’s First Christmas before (that I can remember), so we popped it in this weekend expecting a relatively short holiday special, but we were surprised to find out that it was feature length. This is the first time it’s been on DVD.

The 1982 Rankin/Bass animated fantasy film The Flight of Dragons is finally available on DVD, via the Warner Archives, so you can finally watch what feels like a cross between D&D and Monty Python in glorious 480i.

Retro-looking stop motion animation, an ensemble cast including George Clooney, Meryl Streep, Jason Schwartzman, and Bill Murray, all directed by Wes Anderson. Fantastic.

Superman: TAS was one of my favorite shows growing up, and now the entire series is on DVD in one huge 7-disc set. Aliens, giant robots, and crazy super-villains on ever disc.

This one is for my fellow Halo Geeks. DK Publishing has released a huge Halo Encyclopedia full of information on characters, technology, locations, and anything else you can think of that has to do with Halo.

Journey with me as I watch the new Clone Wars series for the first time in splendid 1080p on Blu-ray. I got my hands on a Season One box set to see if I liked the show. Check out my first impressions after the jump.

I grew up watching Zorro reruns on The Disney Channel, and I also happen to love the Disney Treasures line, so I was pretty pumped to find out that Wave IX was the entire series on two sets. Read on!
