Well, this just sucks. The King of Pop, and the person I’ve always considered to be the most talented person on the planet died yesterday. This is the first celebrity death I’ve cared about in my life, and it’s hitting me pretty hard.

This album originally came out in 1979, as a soundtrack to a TV special of the same name, which supposedly really exists. It’s never been released on home video, and probably never will now that Disney owns the Muppets.

Some memories are best left alone. If I wasn’t so addicted to reliving the memories I have buried deep in my subconscious, Disney’s Mickey Unrapped could still be a great album. Heck, Animaniacs could still be hilarious. Unfortunately, my inner child can’t let that happen.
